Film Production DIPLOMA is a TVET CDACC level 6 course that runs for 2 years upon student’s enrollment. Students attending this course will take six semesters for them to be certified with a TVET CDACC level 6 (DIPLOMA) certificate.
This is a two-year course that is assessed internally and by Technical and Vocational Educational Training (TVET) and Curriculum Development and Competency Assessment Certification that is certified by the government and requires a minimum of a C Plain, which includes 23 Units and a film project. This is a 1-year course geared towards provision of quality training to those seeking to learn and expand their knowledge and level of education in film production, covering all technical and aesthetic facets of filmmaking leading to various careers like; cinematographers, film sound mixers and designers, editors, visual effects editors screenwriters, film directors and film production managers. The course is targeted towards talented individuals seeking to grow their skills in filmmaking and is an ample stepping stone towards advancement to DIPLOMA in film.
